WHO WE ARE
Ivery Enterprises Corporation is a real estate investment company built on more than a decade of hands-on experience in residential real estate, property operations, renovations, and working directly with property owners and investors.
Today, we focus on identifying and evaluating real estate investment opportunities based on each investor’s individual Buy Box—including location, property type, acquisition price, renovation needs, rental potential, comparable sales, potential after-repair value (ARV), and exit strategy.
We also work with property owners, wholesalers, agents, and other real estate professionals who have investment opportunities available. Our goal is simple: connect the right opportunities with the right investors while building long-term relationships based on communication, practical experience, and realistic numbers.
MEET ALFRED & GWEN IVERY
Alfred and Gwen Ivery bring complementary experience to Ivery Enterprises Corporation.
Alfred’s background includes real estate investing, property operations, renovations, deal evaluation, and working with investors and property owners. Gwen brings experience in real estate, business administration, housing operations, and client relationships.
Together, they have worked with hundreds of housing units and rooms and developed practical experience evaluating properties, coordinating renovations, understanding rental potential, and working through the challenges that can affect a real estate investment.
Today, that experience is focused on helping investors identify opportunities that fit their individual acquisition criteria and investment goals.
